As safety regulations do Reliability test, environment test, RoHS
test…etc. Send official application to certification center once all test completed.

Bulk / Case Closed
Get relative certification be approved, take over information to
relative dept. set up customer management number in system;
information customer place official order do bulk.

After-Sales Service
After shipment, arrange specialist tracking and do after-sale
service if have, the relative data all set up in customer system.
Then we can find the initial issue and provide solve way quickly
once our production defective.
